BV Council gets help to buy new
HVAC system for Senior Center

   The Senior Citizen Center's long wait for relief from the heat is nearing an end, as the Buena Vista City Council last week approved a plan to split the cost of a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system with the Marion County Hospital Authority and the Middle Flint Council On Aging.
   The Council voted to accept a quote of $13,800 from Tony Whitley for a new HVAC system. The City Council, Hospital Authority, and MFCOA will split the cost, with each paying a third of the total.
