Resigns after Two Months

   The Marion County government's top administrator recently resigned after only two months on the job.
   County Administrator Mark Pullium was hired August 9, but recently worked out a two-week notice. He declined to give any specific reasons for his departure.
   "I loved the staff," he said. "They are some of the best I've worked with. I also have the utmost respect for the chairman (George Neal) and some of the commissioners. I wish the best for Marion County and the residents of the county."
