awarded $465,000 Safety Grant

   It's a sad fact that even small-town school systems have to devote considerable effort to protect their students these days. The Chattahoochee County School System continues to show that it takes that responsibility seriously and those efforts recently paid off in a big way.
   The Chattahoochee County School District Police Department was recently awarded a $465,000 federal safety grant by the U.S. Department of Justice.
