   An alleged drug dealer from nearby Talbotton is behind bars after trying to out-run officers in Marion County.
   Germanual Dreshun Baldwin was speeding north on Georgia Highway 41 in a silver Chevrolet Camaro. He was spotted by a Georgia State Patrol Trooper Nguyen, who began to pursue him and requested help from the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
