   The Marion County Commission held a public hearing and gave conditional approval to rezone a parcel of land for a "solar farm", heard a request to help with a new air conditioning/heating system for the Buena Vista Senior Citizens Center, voted to name a standby engineering firm, and discussed other items during its meeting last week.
