   The Buena Vista City Council passed its budget for fiscal year 2017 during last week's monthly meeting. It's a smaller budget than last year and the main reason is that some of the revenue received in previous years is drying up.
   That's because it's been roughly one year since the city's largest water customer, Tyson Poultry, shut down its local processing plant. This year the city anticipates bringing in $70,248 less in revenue from the water system, which is a decrease of around 13.5%.
