Capitol Records recently released the video for Ellaville native Caylee Hammack's new song Just Friends. It may be viewed above.
This is just the latest in a string of exciting developments for the 25-year-old musician. As we reported last month, Hammack has two songs out on her soon-to-be debut CD, recently appeared on The Today Show, performed at the official "After Party" for the Academy of Country Music Awards, and is busy touring.
Her summer is being spent performing at various festivals across the country. She is celebrating Independence Day by singing at the WFRE Party in the Park in Frederick Maryland and will be in Saratoga Springs, New York for a concert on July 6 (with many more shows following across the country in July, August, and September). Once fall arrives, she will get some more big-time exposure to country music fans, as she will play multiple dates on the Miranda Lambert Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour, as well as Dierks Bentley's Burning Man Tour.
