Chatt. Co. Loses a Local Legend

   Cusseta-Chattahoochee County lost a local legend last Thursday, July 12, with the passing of retired Sheriff Glynn Cooper, who was 84-years-old.
   Sheriff Cooper was first elected to office in 1972 and served as the county's sheriff for 44 years, making him the second longest serving sheriff in the entire state. He retired in December of 2016.
