Webster County Honors
First Responders

   There were around 90 people who attended the Appreciation Day For the Webster County First Responders last Saturday, June 24 in the lunchroom of the old Webster County School. Wow, what a day we had.
   To begin the day, Rev. Raymond Smith said a few words and then Rev. Jimmy Crimes prayed for our special day and for these first responders. 
   Chief Darryl Holbrook began by mentioning the earlier citizens that started the Emergency Response Team. To name a few, those pioneers included Marie Hunter, Frank Walker, ... The rest of the story.
