   The Commission of the Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County swore in two new members, named a new Emergency Management Agency director, listened to a complaint about a Planning & Zoning decision, and discussed other items during its January monthly meeting.
   Probate Judge James McGlaun administered the oath of office to the two recently elected commissioners, Timothy Biddle and Charles Coffey.
   Commissioner Gerald Douglas was then elected to steer the Commission as its chairman for another year, while Commissioner Tommy Martin was elected vice-chairman.
