loving life at Omaha Brewing

   As the brewmaster for Omaha Brewing Company, former Marion County resident Dee Moore (Tri-County High Class of 1989) appears to have found his dream job. He's an integral part of the small family of employees who operate perhaps the hottest craft brewery in Georgia – in one of the state's smallest towns – Stewart County's unincorporated Omaha.
   Since the owners (husband and wife team of Robert and Stephanie Lee) laid the

groundwork for the brewery in 2012, Omaha Brewing has come a long way. The company currently has 13 brands on the market, but hopes to have as many as 22 varieties in stores before the end of this year.
   While that number is impressive, it pales in comparison to the seemingly endless variations of pale ales and other concoctions available exclusively in their popular onsite tasting room. More than ... The rest of the story.
