   The Buena Vista City Council got good news and bad news from Fire Chief Shaun Raulston, heard about missing computers and suspected sabotage of others, voted to work toward finalizing the merging of the City Recreation Department with the county's department (see separate story), voted to allow the VITA program to remain in the Josh Gibson Center through tax season, and discussed various other items during its meeting on Tuesday, January 8.
