   In Cusseta-Chattahoochee County, for the first time in more than four decades, there's a new sheriff in town, and his name is Henry "Hank" Lynch.
   Sheriff Lynch, 50, took office earlier this week, replacing Georgia's longest serving sheriff, Glynn Cooper, who had been in office for 44 years.
   The new sheriff said the community should definitely expect some changes in their local Sheriff's Office.
   "I want professional law enforcement in Chattahoochee County – that's my vision," he said. "The good old boy system doesn't work anymore."
