   For the second week in a row, the Buena Vista Police Department has made fraudulent check arrests. This time, evidence led to one of the alleged criminals also being charged as a local drug dealer. Another also allegedly had illegal drugs, too.
   "They were cashing bad, or altered, checks," said Police Chief Wendell Faulk. "All were on video and they all confessed."
