   The Eagle Foods/Shopping Plaza project in Buena Vista is taking longer and costing much more than projected. Those two facts are causing some challenges – and at least a little friction – for the developer and the local government.
   Barry Buchholz, senior partner of Dixie Discount, which is building the store/plaza, voiced his frustration during last week's meeting of the Marion County Commission, but also added, "We're all in this together," and before the end of the meeting added "I'm not mad at anybody here."
   He noted that they had originally hoped to open the store last July 4th Weekend and while that was probably a bit too optimistic, he's gotten frustrated with the delays and the lack of communication about them. Now, he says the company is "probably ... The rest of the story.
