Longterm leases come after state spends $2 million and county spends $680,000
for airport improvements

   The Marion County Commission approved two lease agreements for hangars to be built at the local airport, amended the county code to allow businesses to sell alcohol on Sundays, signaled the future re-paving of Buffalo Road, and discussed various other items during its recent monthly meeting.
   AIRPORT: The recently improved Marion County Airport will soon have something it's never had before – hangars where pilots can keep their planes. The Commission approved

land lease agreements with Brad Powell of Woodland Works, Inc. and with Joe Rayl of Covenant Assured Finance, who both plan to construct hangars.
