BV City Council has
another emotional meeting

   The Buena Vista City Council called a special meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 28. There were only two items on the agenda, but the meeting covered a wide range of topics and suggestions, as well as emotions.
   The Council Room was once again full of citizens, many of whom also voiced their opinions on the topics. Several times there were multiple people speaking at the same time and it grew heated enough for Police Chief Ray Sales to stand up, call for silence, and restore order.
   Chief Sales eventually recommended that Mayor Ralph Brown adjourn the meeting because it was "getting out of hand." Council members agreed to adjourn soon afterwards. While much was said during the lengthy meeting, no official action was taken and no votes were cast.
