Ellaville's Caylee Hammack
releases her debut album

   Capitol Nashville released Ellaville native Caylee Hammack's debut album – If It Wasn't For You – on Friday, August 14. The 26-year-old country crooner is very excited, but longs for the day when she can hit the road and actually perform the songs on tour.
   In the era of the Coronavirus Pandemic, that's currently not happening. It couldn't have come at a worse time for Hammack, who is one of the top newcomers in the business and seemed poised for a huge breakout year. However, while she was riding high and performing in Europe last March, the virus began to spread across the world, live shows were cancelled, and she had to return home.
   As concerns about the pandemic grew, more tours began to get canceled, including the one she was supposed to join with the legendary Reba McIntire, who sings with Hammack on the song Redhead. She was also scheduled to join superstar ... The rest of the story.
