Schley Community shows support
for first local COVID-19 fatality

   The first victim in Schley County to die of the Coronavirus COVID-19 was Jimmie Fulks. At 61 years of age, Fulks looked to be in good health, but had an undiagnosed diabetes condition.
   His wife, Sandra, contracted the virus but recovered. Their son, Jackson, is currently isolated but does not have the virus. Jackson is a freshman at Columbus State University and is part of the track and field team.  Jimmie also had a daughter, Syneetra Barkley, and two grandchildren, Ariyana Jackson and Zaziyon Barkley.
