Marion, Schley, Taylor
residents arrested
for local burglary

   Residents of Marion, Schley, and Taylor counties have been arrested for allegedly breaking into a Marion County home, damaging the home, and burglarizing it. All four are also suspected of being involved in other burglaries in the area, according to Marion County Sheriff Derrell Neal.
    The home of James and Sherry Anthony in Marion County was burglarized while they were out of town. The damage to the home and the missing items were discovered when they returned home on Monday, April 17. According to the incident report, they found the back door unlocked, but were certain they had left the house locked up when they left. It was noted that it seemed as if "whoever did it knew them".
   A significant amount of items were stolen and some rooms were "ransacked".
