Wildcat Fever - Schley football team keeps making history in State Playoffs

 Forget about the flu. Wildcat Fever is sweeping through Schley County as the SCHS football team continues to make history. Last Friday the Cats beat Washington-Wilkes to advance to the Elite Eight round (quarterfinals) of the State Playoffs for the first time in school history.
  It wasn't close, as the Wildcats trounced the Tigers 58-14 and started playing the junior varsity squad in the third quarter.
  This is the fourth game in a row that Schley scored 50-plus points. Overall this season they've outscored their opponents by an average score of 38-9. After starting the season 1-2, they've reeled off nine wins in a row and are 10-2.
