Schley Pounds Greenville Patriots to end regular season 8-2, ranked No 5

 The No. 5 ranked Schley County High Wildcats pounded the Greenville Patriots 52-6 last Friday in Wildcat Stadium, ending their fantastic regular season with an 8-2 record (7-0 in Region 6A). It was the second game in a row that they put 50+ points on the scoreboard.
  As Region 6A champs, they have earned the right to host the first round of the State Playoffs, which begin Friday, Nov. 11 when they will host Georgia Military College (Region 5A's No. 4 team). The Bulldogs enter the playoffs with a losing record of 4-6, but went 4-2 over their last six games. They scored 40+ points in each of their last two games (49-28 over Glacock Co. and 47-6 over Twiggs Co.)
