The Chattahoochee County High varsity football team totally controlled last Friday's game against the visiting North Clayton Eagles, winning 39-0 in front of a large crowd in Panther Stadium.
"We came out and played hard and were rewarded for our efforts with a win," said Head Coach Ryan McKenzie. "We still have so much more to improve on and we accept the challenge daily. We will enjoy this win for 24 hours and then turn our attention to opening region play and striving to get better this week. Thanks to all who came out and continued to support us."
The offense moved deep into Eagle territory to open the game but turned the ball over on downs. However, the defense then set the tone for the rest of the game.
